Flat white drinkers

Hey all,

Interested in what the community does regarding flat whites. What ratio do you pull? 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2?

And also, how much milk do you use?

For me, I use 17g ground coffee, about 1:1.7 - in between a ristretto and a normal espresso ratio

I get about 28g espresso out, and then top it with 90mls milk.

I find this tastes good, usually a sweeter coffee and I like strong coffee flavor so I don't use too much milk, however I'm interested in what others do.
