Did airdrop stop working on iOS 10?

Whenever I try to airdrop a photo it just shows this and no devices appear no matter if I turn it on to everyone and the device is awake. I tried everything to fix the issue, I reset all settings, I reset all network settings, even did hard resets, and restarted, and toggling off wifi and bluetooth and nothing seems to be working. Do you think Airdrop is dead now on my iPhone 7 iOS 10?
