Help with mods

Please help, I’m not tech savvy by any means and absolutely love vanilla Minecraft. I don’t even use shaders unless I’m joining someone else’s world that’s using them. But I desperately want to play the Ribbits mod. I’m currently using pocket edition and I know I can get it on there I just don’t know how. A guide for dummy’s would sincerely be appreciated thank you.
