Repeater Equivalent for digital redstone (Line Driver)

I am new to digital circuits in redstone, and I am really struggling here. I have this very easy en-&decoder shown countless times in tutorials. My problem is the following: How to increase the distance between the units to more than 15 blocks? A repeater basically works as a low-pass filter and merges the bits. This problem has been haunting me for weeks, and I know it can't be unsolved, but no matter how much I researched, I still couldn't find a solution. No matter what I try, powered rails, observers, ... it all comes down to that observers trigger two times for a redstone pulse change (on and off). Basically what I need is an instant wire that can fire extremely fast and reset also extremely fast.
