Friend blocked me over petty stuff

I broke up with a girl I was seeing because I was having mental health issues and couldn't handle a relationship. I still liked the girl.

1 or 2 months passed and my best friend ask me if he could date her, I told him that it would make me extremely uncomfortable. Yet they hooked up anyway n started dating. Started to tell me how they where just better together, like really throwing it in my face.

She ended the relationship because he made her feel gross by jerking off to her feet when she was asleep n woke up to that really made her uncomfortable.

Am I the asshole for joking with my friend that if I did sleep with her it would make since why she's being super moody towards him. Even literally told him that I was messing with him. Even though he couldn't keep his dick in his pants when I told him I wasn't ok with it. And now he was blocked my number and I cant reach him. Because he's super upset and thinks I slept with his ex. Even though he put me through a roller-coaster of emotions.
