Singer 4433 loopy stiches.

Just got this for my gf. Who is a capable seamstress but first time using this machine.

1. Getting the bobbin thread to loop with the thread on the needle is a huge pain in the ass. I understand there is a bit of a learning curve and I think I have it down now but still is a big pain.

2. After about a week of doing OK now it is giving her these big loopy stitches on the back side. The front side seems to be ok.

3. I have no idea what I am doing having never sewed before. Found some good tutorials on line but nothing that seems to address this issue. Please help. 🙏🙏
