From 2019-earlier this year, I had been dealing with a lot of false accusations and harassment from a larger creator; including claims I was racist with either completely doctored screenshots, fake accounts that weren’t mine but made to make me look bad by impersonating me, or screenshots intentionally cutting context off to make me look bad (Like, me quoting racist things people I’m estranged from in my family have said, but cutting out the part where I specify that it’s something someone else has said).

I was banned for “Racial slurs” when I have never EVER said a slur I cannot reclaim, and I’ve never said slurs I CAN reclaim ON site. I was also banned for “sexualizing minors“ off site, when I’ve also never done that, and have even made PSAs off site stating all my characters are of age and I just draw in a chibi art style. I’ve had people accuse me of being a Lolicon before, and I’m not, it’s just genuinely my art style and I dont even think my art looks like a minor in any way.

I attached some of my art for reference. I don’t think that my artwork looks “underage” and I try very hard to fix things that people claim makes it look that way, but I’ve veeeery openly stated many times that all my ocs are adults, and I am not proship.

I had explained this, and offered evidence against these claims as well as requesting further evidence such as exactly what they’re claiming I said and what user/website it came from (I’ve had people impersonate me on sites I have never even used before and have genuinely no idea what exactly the artfight staff is talking about so I wanted to know exactly what the username on screenshots sent to them is, to see if it’s even me) but they’ve pretty much refused to elaborate, told me my ban is permanent, and are ignoring emails with documents full of evidence against these claims, as I’ve been fighting these claims PUBLICLY for ages.

How is it even fair to ignore counter evidence? Is there anything I can do? Should I wait a bit and compile everything neater and send a new email, or will that be ignored too? Is there anything i can do to help unbanned? I’ve been participating in Artfight since 2017, and this was quite a shock to me.

id like to note, the exact day i was banned was the exact day that I had successfully received an oc that this big artist had revoked from me on Toyhouse. I was banned almost exactly an hour later. This led me to believe my ban was a retaliatory action, and I mentioned and showed evidence of that, but it was ignored too..

God banned for false accusations- Any advice?
