Trying to request a room

Hi everyone, I am due to stay in a premier inn in a few weeks and I would like to request the room I normally stay in (or one on the same floor). I've tried my usual method of phoning the hotel directly but I've been trying for several days at different times and it's just ringing and ringing. Tried WhatsApping the premier inn account to make sure I had the contact details correct and they gave me an email address for the hotel which I've emailed and received no reply.

Is there any other way to contact premier inn? I'm feeling slightly frustrated as I'm staying there a while and would like to be able to contact the hotel.
