How to do I go about dealing with my boyfriends' insecurity about his size?

Now dont get me wrong. My boyfriend is an amazing lover ( not to brag but the best one I've had) so i personally didn't think of him as small when I'm being satisfied.

But then I decided to try new positions. And because of his size it can be a little challenging and sometimes not being able to do the position at all. I get a little sad but then I get over it. My boyfriend spoke to me about how it makes him feel inadequate but he can't satisfied me in other positions but I assured him it was fine and I was okay with the positions we already do.

In the past few days he told me hes been thinking of getting an enhancement surgery down there you know.

And to start using a larger d#ild#. I dont mind using toys, we've used lots of them but i know its coming from him feeling inadequate and i don't know how to rectify that.
