Completely stuck mid game

I just entered a ship after jumping from a dragon and gained access to team customization but I'm stuck. I cannot beat the group of 4 enemies at the bridge. Any tips ? The combat system was fine before but now I genuinely cannot understand how I'm supposed to survive.
