Wild game

I recently received an assortment of bison (a pricey cut, cheap stuff and some in between) and wanted to give props to this site:

https://www.beckandbulow.com

I've also ordered from elkusa.com and been very happy.

I get Force of Nature ground bison and elk from my local store but about twice a year I get a bunch of other stuff. My recent bison order:

1/4 prime rib

Brisket

Back ribs

Oxtails

Tongues

Marrow bones

Liver, kidney, heart, testicles (a few of each)

This order got free shipping so when everything was combined it was about the same price I pay for ribeyes at my local store, but I love the wild animals so much.
