July 4 electricity outage. Zepbound unrefrigerated.

I just picked up my next box of 4 doses of Zepbound on Friday. Electricity went out yesterday and isn’t expected to come back until Tuesday. I wasn’t going to be using the first pen in the box of 4 until next Saturday. Knowing the pens are ok for 21 days unrefrigerated will I end up having to throw away the fourth pen?
