Multi-Factor Authentication

I’ve been trying to adjust some of my account settings on discord, but it won’t let me do anything without verifying with multi-factor authentication. The thing is, I don’t have anything set up for that, and when I try to set something up for it, it asks me to verify that I am me with multi-factor authentication. I’ve tried to follow the help instructions to try and get in contact with someone who is actually Discord staff, but can’t actually figure out how to get there. If anyone can help, even if that is just telling me how to actually contact discord staff about the issue that would be fantastic! I’ve been fighting with this for a couple of days and just can’t figure it out.
