Hi all - we are about to move into a Tudor Style/1920s home and are looking to make some updates to the kitchen while keeping true to the Tudor style character!

**Pictures:**

* I have attached some photos of the current kitchen and a rendering generated with AI of what we are thinking at a few different angels. (Fully aware of AI and its limitations, which is why I wanted to get some human feedback :))
* I also included pics of the dining room and full angle of the kitchen so you can get a sense of the flow and the full house!

**Constraints:** Cabinet color - The cabinets are in great shape - we currently want to keep the color (Not sure of the exact color but its like a Khaki/golden flax).

**Major changes we are thinking about**

1. Replace tile with oak wood flooring
2. Replace counter tops (probably quartz with warm white/brown/golden/ veining )
3. Replace backsplash with something lighter ...while I actually love the current backsplash.. I am not 100% sure it would go with all the other updates
4. Replace valence with Roman Shade
5. Lighting- use 2700 watt bulbs/ replace pendants in galley
6. Add a breakfast nook (picture 4)

**Questions**! Truly welcome any and all feedback!! Any blind spots or things we are not thinking about?! Some specific questions I have:

* *Island color* \- would you keep cabinet color or paint darker?
* *Two lighting fixtures:* Would you remove the two pendant from the kitchen galley and replace with recessed?
* Any suggestions on lighting fixture over Breakfast nook? IDK its so hard to pick these out!!
