Endometriosis spreading and EDS

This is probably kind of a long shot but has anyone else had experience with endometriosis that has spread to any pelvic ligaments? And if so how has EDS come into play? I have an incredible gyno who I love who really helped me through my endo diagnosis journey but I don’t think she is super well versed in EDS. I just know ligaments are mostly connective tissue and haven’t been able to find much online about the overlap even thought endo and EDS can go together.

For context I’m college age with hEDS and a handful of other comorbidities.
