DPI on Linux.

Hello. I'm new to nobara and I'm not sure how to get my dpi feeling like Windows. I turned off mouse accel in settings and tried using piper to set my dpi and checking it's underlying library to see if it's 2300 like my normal but it still feels too fast. The libinput profiles still say adaptive for the mouse as well. I'm not sure if that affects anything either way on the same screen size resolution and scale it feels faster on Linux and possibly still some sort of accel curve applied to it.
