ISO one bedroom or studio in Lakeview, uptown or edgewater regions for September 1st ($2000 max budget)

Hi everyone,

My lease ends end of August and I gotta figure out a place to move to. So here’s what I’m looking for:

Budget: $2000, separate allowance for utilities

Location: Lakeview, uptown, or edge water and especially as short a walk as possible to the red line (right next to would be the dream tbh)

Amenities: nothing needed in particular though in unit or even a wall unit of AC is a big +

Size: any, I’m not picky and smaller is honestly better, location and general amenities matter more than size

It’s a bit of a ways to September 1st but if anyone knows of something, please let me know. Heard housing is rough in summer so hopefully starting early helps 🙏
