I'm considering applying for welfare
I can't get a job anymore. I'm (mostly) able bodied, can learn and do most jobs if given a chance, but eh. Got a useless CS degree a year or two ago that I'm not interested in anymore. Won't be able to enter the field. It's as useful as a basket weaving degree outside of it. Don't have the money for another foolish round of education to learn new skills.
I don't get interviews, so I don't get a job, so I'm not able to work. Haven't really had a decent job in 8 years of adulthood. Made $18/hour in 2018 and 2026 stocking shelves, before and after college. Wasn't worth it. I've been unemployed for a while.
Welfare pays less but at least it'd require no effort on my end. Nothing more I can put effort towards personally.
