Best place to run missions for missing abyss gear recipes?

I've looked around online and have only found vague and inconsistent information. I'm still missing 2 of the enhanced gears, all of the skill gears (not even sure what those are, but there are 44 of them), 4 of the tactical gears, 3 of the special gears.
