App that can add English subtitles translated from another language?

My videos are all in Bangla, and I want to add English-translated subtitles into the video directly. I’m having trouble finding free subtitle apps that support Bangla. I actually did find some and they’re pretty good, but not free or cheap at all.

YouTube has Bangla subtitles, but I need English-translated ones. And I want them directly in the video itself when I export it out of my editor, not ones that need to be manually turned on later.

Anyone have any suggestions for an app or website that can do it for free? I’m still looking around but I thought I’d ask here in the meantime. Thanks in advance
