Speaking on it

Hello, I am fairly new to this. I am 23 years old and have just been diagnosed with cancer. I don’t know how I should tell my family (mom & dad and 3 older siblings). My dad just beat his stage 4 colon cancer after 3 years and now I fear I will be a burden with my cancer diagnosis. I don’t know how to bring it up and I also do not know how to tell my work what is wrong as I work in a ltc home so I can’t hide it. Gosh I don’t know any help on how to tell people will be appreciated! Thanks!
