4/5 k to spare , what to do?

Hi everyone. Thinking of doing an auctioneering course and starting up on my own.

I have some decent contacts, and have some experience in the industry.

What do people think. Is it a good / bad time to get into real estate.

Separate if you had the 4/5k to spare to retrain where would you put i otherwise.
