first day is miserable. is this normal?

Started bupropion (100 mg XL) this morning. My tremor has gotten out of control and I'm pretty sure it's given me a migraine or at least some gnarly vertigo. My heart rate is higher than normal. I don't know what my BP is doing because it's always weird.

I do tend towards really severe side effects to new meds. There is also a chance it's triggering an MCAS flare but I won't know that for a few more hours. (very normal, happens all the time, very very annoying)

Is this normal? Do I push through and try it for a few more days? I am getting some positive effects from it like a reduction in fatigue and brain fog but I am not convinced it's worth it.
