Pit bull skin help

I don’t know what’s going on with familys dog. Male 5 years old. Hes constantly licking paws raw gets…cysts?..everywhere right now he has some on his private area that weep so I apply coconut oil to try to heal the wounds they seem to get really crusty and then bleed so I try to moisturize. the wounds are so bad they feel like thick scabs he has problems itching his ears,big red underbelly rash we give him oatmeal baths wash blankets with tide free and clear he’s also on a medication that the vet gave him I’m not sure what it’s for or what it’s called since my family takes him to the vet he’s mostly their dog we all hate seeing him like this he’s been wearing a dog cone for a while to try to stop him from itching his ears until they bleed and to stop his paw licking. The cysts are new. first one he got was around his armpit area and now he has them all over his private please do not lecture me about being a bad dog owner we take him to the vet and they are absolutely no help spend lots of money picking up medication for him at Costco he exercises regularly but we have been taking it easy this past week since his paws keep opening up and bleeding so we want his wounds to heal his skin problems started about two years ago and these cysts Are new. about two months new does anyone have experience or advice? Thinking of taking him to a new vet I suspect dog eczema? Allergies? Maybe we can get some sort or allergy shot at the vet? Would that help? We love our dog feel horrible that nothing we’ve tried has helped, forgot to mention we wash wounds with diluted iodine mixture
