Another Question About Creation

I was just about to get the autograph ticket for Jensen in October but realized that it already sold out. Do they ever add more closer to the convention date? If not, is there some sort of policy for buying it off of someone else (for example, someone who can no longer attend and is looking to get rid of theirs)? Has anyone ever tried either selling or buying a ticket to/from someone outside of the convention’s website?
