Hotels without street noise?

Flights booked for December and January. I grabbed a couple weeks at Panora Pattay. As I’m learning more about the area, that’s looking like a long walk to the baht bus!!

Can anyone recommend a hotel that has enough floors to get away from street noise and hopefully is about $100 USD per night?

On a related note, can someone repost the link to the newbie guide the one that I clicked on said it had been deleted by a moderator..
