etsy coupon

Hello I'm a relatively new seller and I noticed that a coupon code was used that I no longer have active. I checked desktop and the only 20% off coupon I have active is sent if people have previously bought from me which this person hasn't. The other 20% off I had has been deactivated and another abandoned cart offer coupon is already in it's place. Does anyone know how I stop that? This person favorited my shop today and bought from me minutes later. How do I stop that offer from popping up?
