[Open Source] I built a free iOS transcription app with Local Whisper + a local LLM for iPhones without Apple Intelligence

The main thing I wanted to solve: many iPhones still don’t support Apple Intelligence, but they are capable enough to run useful local models.

So I added:

- Local Whisper transcription

- A local LLM summary path

- On-device searchable recordings

- Optional Apple system transcription where available

I’m looking for TestFlight feedback, especially from people using older/non-Apple-Intelligence iPhones.
