What is the consensus about the Process Communication Model by Taibi Kahler?

I don't know how to do literature reviews or study scientific papers. I found this framework, Process Communication Model, by Kahler, which looks quite neat. But I have some questions.

1. Is it scientifically sound?

2. Even if it's not sound, could it have a generalized and consistent usefulness?
