Should I buy HP Victus laptop?

HP Victus

24 gb ram 1tb ssd ryzen ai 7, Nvidia graphics 8gb rtx 5050, Ryzen 7 octa core 260

Costing 95k after all discounts, on store.

Is this a good deal?

I have heard about hinge and wobble issues, but I am getting such op specs in just 93k so....

For context I am joining IITD Chemical Engineering and wanna do tech, robotics, ai/ml club, competitive programming and explore a lot of stuff so..
