What's the meta with new append skills and levels +100 on NP5 DPS?

With the new append skills hitting NA and getting some servant coins I started to wonder what would be the best use for coins for my Jalter (or main DPS servants in general). I have her NP5 lvl 110, with 1st and 2nd append skill, and 480 coins. So I could either go 120 and 1 more skill (probably 5th), or 2 skills (4th and 5th) and get her to 118. And I wanted to ask what's better for Jalter? is it servant specific? (for DPS mostly) If so, is there any source/guide? Any other tips on new append skills?
