Lost some fanart I couldn't bookmark and save

In these times, I'm really consuming any Valko content in my free time, be it the official content or fanart, and I remember this one fanart I don't have saved because reddit didn't save it because I was in an area with poor internet at the time. It's Valko looking on a device and crying, Sylus(?) looks over and sees himself in Valko's shoes, so Sylus puts away the device and hugs Valko.

Anyone know what fanart I'm talking about?
