The biggest idiot of them all

I need help/advice from seasoned 2D artists who know what they're doing or have been in a similar situation. Long story short I basically gave up drawing in my youth since I could never do it but after figuring out 3D I want to try and tackle 2D for real since it's a completely different skill set.

I've been watching a wide variety of tutorials(most of them are SFW but some on tiktok and YouTube are those covert ones, you probably know what I mean) but nothing sticks. I seem to have some sort of mental block that prevents me from drawing anything other than a cylinder or cube from imagination. Anytime I try to draw a face it's just a blob and I give up.

What's worse is I'm scatterbrained with 6 different styles that I would want to emulate, unable to pick one which would likely make my life a lot easier.

Obviously based on where this is I want to make characters, NSFW focuses. Does anyone have any advice? Maybe a really good tutorial series that focuses in on NSFW 2d? Or how to remove this mental block in my head?
