Does Jason or Vecna (First) have any perks that are worth getting?

Those 2 are the only killers I’ve not P3 so logically I should probably do that, but I’ve also recently bought Krasue and I could hypothetically put like 5M points into her. Idk maybe I should at least P1 those 2 killers to unlock their perks on every killer.
