Deactivated my Faceit account months ago, now can't get support to respond

I deactivated my Faceit account back in the autumn and now I'm trying to restore it. I submitted a support request, but it's been over three days and I still haven't received any reply.

Ticket number is 13927160 — though I'm not 100% sure that's correct.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any advice on what I should do next? I'm kind of stuck here.
