Doubt on who gets what project.

Hello, I’m a bilingual generalist.
As far as i have seen, there are a very few projects i get max 1 to 2 per week.

however reading some other generalists they get 10-15+

How does this work? and more importantly can i switch from bilingual generalist to just generalist so i get more projects?
