Physical therapy for hypermobility — how can I do this with ME/CFS?

Like the title says, I was recently diagnosed with hypermobility spectrum disorder and was told by my ME/CFS informed rheumatologist that I really need to do PT to improve my physical functioning and pain as well as preventing early onset arthritis.

I’m going to an EDS/HSD informed PT this week for the first time. But how can I approach this in a way that protects me from worsening? How do I talk to the PT about ME/CFS and the significant limitations that places on exercise?

Thanks
