Help With Reach the Simulacrum of Delusion Quest Bug

Hello Reddit,

TLDR: My Reach the Simulacrum of Delusion Quest is Bugged and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to help? If this is the wrong spot for this let me know and I will remove the post.

Here's a post I made on the POE bug reports, but it's been a few weeks I have been unable to add deli to maps because I'm bugged. And I really wanna be able to do it, but Idk what to do. Here's the post I made:

Hello all, I am having fun playing my first league, but I encountered a strange bug.

So the first bug I encountered was interacting with the Grand Mirror (the first one in the quest line). I was stuck on it as it kept bring me to the atlas and telling me to select a map. I tried but I could not. So in response to this I tried exiting to character select and exiting the game. Neither worked. So I moved on and finished the map without interacting with the grand mirror. I figured this was a mistake, but I didn't want to sit there forever.

Fast forward a week, I had a great idea to have a friend do the same map to interact with the grand mirror at the end. So we went through the map and at the end, he interacted with the mirror and bam, my quest changed to 'reach the simulacrum of delusion'. I thought I had fixed it, but I think I only made things worse. Nothing spawned on the map.

A quick note, I finished all of the delerium maps, and finished the atlas (except for the 4 points that require you to complete a simulacrum and defeating the pinnacle boss)

Fast forward a week and I am still stuck on the quest. A list of a few things I have tried.:
- I tried to spawn a new grand mirror by spamming delusion maps. I could just be really unlucky, but I'm about 50 maps and no new grand mirror.
- I tried to buy a raven wing for the mirror in the withered willow. It says it is not the correct item provided.

I have not had someone take me to the simulacrum yet as I haven't had someone around who has been there.
