Should i upgrade to 5060 to a 5070?

I upgraded my gpu a year ago from a rx580 to a 5060. It was a huge jump but the 8gb vram wasn't enough for the games i play.

Hogwarts legacy , high : 50-70fps

Ghost of Tsushima, high: 70-90fps

Now i want to upgrade most of my parts

5060 to 5070 dual fan

15 12400f to 7600x

16gb ddr4 ram to 32gb ddr5 ram

DK 350 case to Lian li O11 vision compact

1080p 165hz to 1440p 180hz

Is this upgrade worth it?
