Keeping it minimalist: Need advice on setting up an A5 agenda + health tracker

rule 6: crossposted to 2+ subs

Hey y'all, brand new beginner here looking for some setup advice.

I'm trying to avoid "bujo paralysis" by keeping my journal entirely functional-no heavy drawing, just clean and usable layouts. I'm currently using a Mnemosyne dotted A5 ring book, but I'm stuck on how to format the first few pages.

I need it to serve two main purposes:

  1. A daily/weekly agenda to keep my schedule straight.

  2. A personal health tracker (logging food/calories and tracking workouts/ exercise).

For those who use their journal for fitness and scheduling without spending hours drawing spreads, what do your layouts look like? Do you prefer keeping the tracker integrated into your weekly pages, or giving it its own dedicated monthly grid?

Would love any recommendations or photo examples of your minimalist setups!
