Completely different worlds

My (30m) wife (f29) and I come from very different worlds. I from a very open and affectionate family and she's from a very closed, prudish and un affectionate family. She's never initiated sex in our relationship and over the last year has started seeing sex as a chore. Borderline doesn't want to cuddle anymore because I try to initiate. Ive told her multiple times to be blunt with me and tell me no but she feels reserved and doesn't say anything until I piss her off which then pisses me off because I get my hopes up . Im very high libido and its starting to give me anger problems. Counciling helped our personal problems but because she's so prudish we can never talk about bedroom problems. I also want her to dress up more (like a women) because she has an amazing body but 9 times out of 10 she dresses like a middle school boy. I buy all these cute cloths for her that she looks genuinely gorgeous in but no. Every day its boys basketball shorts and a shitty tee shirt.
