Pinning Daily RX’d 200mg/week

So first off I’m new to this.

I was told pinning daily helps with side effects and estrogen spikes and I’m looking to go this route. I was prescribed 200mg a week to take on Monday and Thursday, however I’m looking to pin daily. I bought these syringes below-

Is there a video where it goes over daily pinning? Do I draw from the vial with the above syringes? According to my math this would be 28.5mg a day. Is this easy to fill with the above syringes? Looking for some guidance. Thanks in advance.
