Can pictures of headstones at a cemetery count as third party evidence?

Assuming the IRCC asks for more evidence (because they prolly will, I’m Gen 10 through a 1727 born ancestor), could I use pictures of headstones for ancestors while I get their death certificates? I’m aware that there is no official guidance on whether this is valid proof, I’m simply trying to gauge what other people think.
