Osmo Action 6 Rocksteady Help

I know how to turn it off and it works, however stabilized video makes my footage look less raw and it makes me look super slow on the bike. The camera says it includes gyro data in the footage. I like the gyro data for some situations where I am capturing the view, but I don't like it for capturing my riding.

I want to know how to change stabilization in my edit, unless that's not possible. In the case of the latter I want to know what the gyro data is good for.
