I just took 270mg of levodropropizine

Male (19) 177cm 75kg, I lost my voice today and have a slight sore throat, for this reason I decided to take some cough syrup based on levodropropizine, I hadn't read the doses and I took 45mL in one go which corresponds more or less to 270mg, I wanted to ask if there could be significant side effects
