Disappointed with new PNY RTX 5080

So a bit of a rant but after completing my first PC build I'm rather disappointed. Mainly because I forgot I had read up on PNY graphics cards a long time ago about how the fans aren't the best and I recently bought a PNY RTX 5080 because it was a little cheaper than other RTX 5080's on the market. There is like a high pitch screech from the bearings in the fans or something which just sounds god awful and I regret buying this card so much that after working on it all weekend I have just turned it off completely and don't want to play games on it... Do I have much of a leg to stand on if I tried returning it? I ordered it off of Amazon and was going to see what happens but I'm also unsure about buying another graphics card now in case I face a similar issue. Any help would be much appreciated!
