How to remove this leather seat stain from service center visit

Vehicle Question

I'm not sure how this is possible, but after bringing my MY for a windshield replacement it came back with this slightly oily silver ring on the passenger seat headrest.

What could this silver grease stain be from? some tool used to replace the windshield?

The vehicle also came back with some other dark stains on the headliners and rips in the front left panel (the one that goes from the dash to the ceiling with the speaker in it).

Lastly, it had damage to the bumper as if they drove it into another parked car.

This is the second time I brought my car in for service, and the first time I went to a different service center and there was oil grease on the outside door handles and all over the hood when I had the main filter replaced.

I complained to the service manager and he gave me his cell phone and said he would take care of it not to say anything in the service app, that it would be faster this way.

On my follow up appointment waiting for the part they forgot to order the guy was gone and the new service manager had no idea what I was talking about and nothing was logged.

At this point I'm assuming I'm on my own to fix the damages on my own, as i've visited the only two service centers within 25 miles of where I live. Last thing I want is to bring it in again and find some new damage somewhere else.
