Looking for organic social media marketing

We’re about to launch our product in the coming month.

I’m looking for people to come in and handle communications and communities across Reddit, X, Linkedin, Discord, and Slack. This would include:

Setup:
- Creating and setting up communities on Reddit, Discord, and Slack
- Creating and setting up the personal account for the Founder and the Company on Reddit, Linkedin, and X

Launch setup:
- Initial organic growth and posting for the next three weeks
- Initial hype building and targeted outreach

Influencer setup:
- Setup the internal processes related to working with influencers
- Create a dedicated list of influencers to add to the network
- Manage relationships and price negotiations

Automation:
- Our product is an enterprise automation software, we would prefer teams or individuals with experience in this field.

This is a general description of responsibilities.

This is obviously paid without equity. We prefer companies based in the Americas for time zone convenience, but I am willing to work with companies based in India because I’m originally from there and can speak Hindi.

This will be a 3 week contract to start, with extensions possible if we’re happy with the work.

We would ideally need to see strong past experience with GTM and specifically software launches.

If no experience; strong knowledge of the space can be a substitute. I’m not the type to put a lot of weight on formal experience, but it’s usually clear from the first conversation when somebody is bullshitting about how much they know.

There’s nothing wrong if you’ve never worked a marketing gig before but know the space and want to try your hand. Be honest about that. I would prefer a company/team that can grow with us, but that trust goes both ways. Don’t expect payment without results.
