I'm just so tired

I've been struggling alot lately with everything. I hate myself and I have no reason to believe that I bring any value to anyone's live. My friend says she cares but I don't know. How can she care about someone like me. Been SH for 2.5 years and it doesn't help much anymore. I am just so tired of everything. I don't know if it ever gets better
