Score improve

How can I improve my SAT score from 1200 to 1450+ by the September test? Has anyone here made a similar jump and can share what worked for them?
I have exactly 68 days left, and I’d really appreciate honest advice. Specifically, what’s the minimum amount of practice I should be doing each day to have a realistic chance of reaching 1450+?
